Riding Boots

I have a problem that I am hoping you can help me with. I am looking for a pair of riding boots preferably leather that will fit my legs 18 1/2" calf and 16" length. The most that I can afford to pay is £120. I also have another problem, I need to have them by 13 of August! I am from Australia. My parents are visiting England in October and I am hoping they will be able to pick up a 16" show saddle from there. Where do I start looking from this end? I would be keen for a second hand saddle so if you can help I would love to know where to start my search. Names of tack shops in the London area would also be appreciated.
