All pages on the site have borders at the top and at the left-hand side. Each border has a menu.
The Top Border Menu allows you to choose the three main areas of our products and services database: For Riders - For Horses - Stable+Yard as well as the Forum and GeeGees. The Site Index and Search buttons on this menu give enable you to find specific items of information. The Contact Us button is always available for you to easily send an email to us.
The Left Border Menu gives access to popular features on the site. Let us search for information for you with our Personal Search facility.
Looking for General Information
Information is quickly and easily found by using the search buttons and boxes at the top and bottom of each page.
To quickly find information about a specific topic, use the search box at bottom of each page. Type in what you want to find and click the Go button. If you want information on jodhpurs, type jodhpurs in the search box and all pages mentioning jodhpurs will be listed for you. It's as easy as that.
For more complex searches, click the Search button located at the top right-hand corner of every page. You can choose to search only on HorseData or on the whole web. Again, type in what you want to find and click the Go button.
Searching in this way will not find items in the database. For Product and Service information you should choose the relevant section by clicking in the top border menu. See Searching the Database below.
To make more general searches of the site easier, Products and Services are divided into areas depending upon whether they are for the horse, for the rider, or to do with stabling and stable yards, including arenas etc. Equine Info includes topics from bridleways to worming, with details of horse societies and organisations.
The database is divided into three main areas: items for the horse, for the rider, or to do with stables, yards and fields. Choose the area by clicking the relevant button on the top menu. Once you have done this you will be taken to a page on which you can narrow the search further and then choose from the database.
You may also use the search box and button on each page and then in choose from a variety of options on a query page.
